The Ha’Penny bridge is a lovely spot in Dublin city center Usually I’m too busy looking at the view over the water, looking at the people or just in a rush to get to where I’m going but a while back I noticed that more and more of these locks are appearing on the bridge.

I’ve never seen those before – Romantic Irish?? The legend goes it is called the Ha’penny Bridge because that’s how much the “Ladies of the Night” charged for their services – Not so romantic !!
Not sure, are you guys romantic? And didn’t know that the name came from that. I’ve heard it used to be toll for crossing.. Maybe that’s a more decent version of history? ;)
